Arlington, VA – Today, the U.S. Trade and Development Agency announced the release of its 2021 Indo-Pacific Resource Guide, which provides U.S. exporters an overview of business opportunities associated with 60 infrastructure projects across the region.
“Economic cooperation and partnership with the Indo-Pacific region is vital to our shared prosperity,” said Enoh T. Ebong, USTDA’s Acting Director. “By providing updated information on some of the region’s most significant infrastructure opportunities, this Resource Guide will facilitate business linkages and partnerships that will benefit all of us.”
USTDA’s 2021 Indo-Pacific Resource Guide includes project overviews in sectors including information and communications technology, transportation, energy, healthcare infrastructure, agribusiness and water. Project locations include India, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
“This Resource Guide demonstrates the incredible breadth of infrastructure opportunities that the Indo-Pacific region offers U.S. companies,” said Verinda Fike, USTDA’s Regional Director for the Indo-Pacific. “In October, USTDA will sponsor the fourth Indo-Pacific Business Forum to support U.S. business partnerships in the region, especially those that will support economic resilience, climate action and digital innovation.”
