Background: USTDA is funding a technical assistance (TA) grant in Palau to support the modernization and buildout of Palau National Communications Corporation’s (PNCC) nationwide mobile network in the Republic of Palau. PNCC has issued a request for proposals inviting qualified businesses/companies to submit technical and cost proposals for the supply of hardware, software, and other goods and services required for the deployment and operation of the new network.
