Background: The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Aviation, is inviting interested firms to participate in the qualification process for the development of airport terminals with a focus on cargo business, especially agricultural products, in strategic locations across the country including Kebbi, Plateau, Cross River, Edo, Ondo and Adamawa state. The overall objective of the selection process would be the successful procurement of concessionaires technically and financially capable to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer the terminals within the concession period to support the rejuvenation of Nigeria’s aviation sector. The Request for Qualification responses will be the basis for inviting qualified parties to then participate in an upcoming Request for Proposals.
