Sheneé Turner serves as the Administrative Officer responsible for the management and oversight of the Office of Administration for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, a U.S. government agency that helps companies create jobs in the United States through the export of U.S. goods and services for priority infrastructure projects in emerging economies.

Before joining USTDA, Ms. Turner served as the Office Director of the Management and Administration Office for the Department of Energy’s Office of Petroleum Reserves. In that role she managed the office’s human resources, acquisitions, congressional and legislative affairs, public affairs, facilities management, records, and activities related to the information technology program. Prior to her role at the Department of Energy, Ms. Turner spent 12 years at the Department of the Interior, helping to establish the human resources program for the Bureau of Reclamation’s Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Turner has 30-years of leadership in government service, including as an Office of Personnel Management trained coach. She is also certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a program that helps to improve business processes. Sheneé earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

To share her professional experiences and act on her desire to help others succeed professionally and in life, Ms. Turner made a personal commitment to serve as a mentor and coach to others—especially young people whom she hopes she can help become productive and successful citizens.
