This position is in USTDA’s Office of General Counsel and will be responsible for providing legal support to regional programs on all matters arising in connection with, for example, project preparation activities, negotiation and administration of USTDA cost share and success fee arrangements, Congressional inquiries, partnership with other U.S. government agencies, as well as other bilateral and multilateral development finance institutions.
