Background:

Fiji Ports Corporation Pte Ltd. (“Fiji Ports”), the ports management company of Fiji, is inviting interested firms to submit tenders to provide consulting services to develop a new 5-Year Strategic Plan for Fiji Ports and its subsidiary, Fiji Ships & Heavy Industries Pte Ltd. (“FSHIL”), as well as a monitoring and evaluation framework. The strategic plan is intended to form the basis for a strategic policy for effective resource utilization and efficient service delivery and is envisioned to be a document considering all aspects of Fiji Ports and FSHIL operations and the views of Fiji Ports stakeholders, including various government departments, customers, communities, the Fiji Ports board, executive management, and staff. The strategic plan will also provide a road map to ensure the sustainability of Fiji Ports operations as part of its vision to become a “Smart, Green Gateway for Trade in the Pacific region.”
