Victoria Becker is the Country Manager for West Africa at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. In this capacity, she is responsible for business development, project preparation and evaluation, and supervision of USTDA activities in West Africa.

Before joining USTDA, Ms. Becker managed food assistance and trade facilitation projects with the Food for Progress Program at USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service.  Her previous professional experience includes work in contracts administration and business development with USAID contractors and international NGOs.

Ms. Becker holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from American University where she focused on foreign assistance policy and economic development.”
