Director, Office of Program Monitoring and Evaluation
Sarah Randolph currently serves as Director for the Office of Program Monitoring and Evaluation, leading the team responsible for monitoring and evaluating the results of USTDA’s funding commitments. She provides analytic advice to USTDA’s senior leadership and staff on all aspects of the Agency’s program, in order to inform critical decision-making with the ultimate goal of identifying where the Agency’s program is most effective.
Ms. Randolph previously served as the Country Manager for Southeast Asia at USTDA, where she developed and managed the region’s multi-million-dollar portfolio of infrastructure development activities in one of the world’s fastest-growing regions. Prior to her work managing the Southeast Asia portfolio, Ms. Randolph was a Manager for Global Programs at USTDA, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing procurement assistance programs under USTDA’s Global Procurement Initiative as well as implementing strategic policy initiatives. Prior to joining USTDA’s Global Programs team, she served as Deputy Project Manager and Research Analyst for USTDA’s Research and Analysis Program Services contract with Ascendant Program Services, LLC, and she also served as a Project Analyst for USTDA’s East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Eurasia portfolios.
Prior to her work in support of USTDA’s mission, Ms. Randolph was a Project Manager for Trade, Economic, and Energy Affairs at the National Bureau of Asian Research. Ms. Randolph holds dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
