Sara Kline

Sara Kline is a Program Monitoring and Compliance Manager for the Office of Program Monitoring and Evaluation.  In this role, Ms. Kline is responsible for post-award monitoring, compliance, and close-out of USTDA’s programs.

Prior to joining USTDA, Ms. Kline managed various USAID projects at ME&A.  She also worked as an evaluation consultant at The Leadership Conference Education Fund, where she evaluated the Education Fund’s program strategy and its grant-related work in civil and human rights.

Previously, Ms. Kline supported Asian American LEAD’s after-school programs as a youth coordinator and Asian Americans Advancing Justice’s fundraising efforts as a development assistant. Ms. Kline also served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Chiang Rai, Thailand, where she implemented youth occupational programs.

Ms. Kline holds a B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of California in Los Angeles and an M.S. in Development Management from American University School of International Service.
