Program Evaluation Manager
Maria Wimsatt currently serves as the Program Evaluation Manager covering the Sub-Saharan Africa and Indo-Pacific regions. In this role, she manages the outcomes-focused data collection and assessment of the U.S. exports and economic growth and development impacts of USTDA’s funding commitments. Ms. Wimsatt advises program staff using evidence-based analysis throughout the project life-cycle as well as during strategic planning to support continuous learning and programmatic improvement.
Before joining USTDA’s M&E team as a program evaluation manager, she evaluated USTDA programs as a contractor for the Agency. Prior to working with USTDA, Ms. Wimsatt served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Madagascar supporting Community Economic Development. She holds a master of public policy degree from The George Washington University’s Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration and a bachelor degree in marketing from the University of Louisville.
