Lisa Lawn serves as the Administrative Officer at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, a U.S. government agency that helps U.S. businesses create jobs through the export of their goods and services for priority development projects in emerging economies. USTDA links U.S. companies to global export opportunities by providing early project preparation assistance that matches U.S. technological expertise with overseas infrastructure development needs – creating lasting business partnerships between the U.S. companies and emerging market economies. Ms. Lawn oversees and manages the staff responsible for the administration, security, and human resources.
Ms. Lawn previously served as the Acting Director for the Office of Administration for the International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce, as a Grants Officer Representative for the National Guard and as Regional Operations Director, for the United Services Organization.
Ms. Lawn received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Japanese from Sheffield University, a master’s in business administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University. Ms. Lawn is a Project Management Professional and is a member of the Project Management Institute. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Sheffield University in America.
