
Country Manager, Latin America and the Caribbean
Jillian DiPersio serves as a Country Manager for the Latin America and Caribbean region at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). In this capacity, she is responsible for business development, project preparation and evaluation, and supervision of USTDA activities in the Caribbean.
Prior to joining USTDA, Ms. DiPersio was with the World Bank where she helped manage a multilateral trust fund, coordinating projects in five countries across the agriculture, forestry, and land use sectors.
Ms. DiPersio holds a Master’s Degree in Social Anthropology, with a focus on science and technology, from the University of Cambridge. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs, with a concentration in International Development and minor in French, from the George Washington University.
