Program Monitoring and Compliance Manager
Jennie Dunham is a Program Monitoring and Compliance Manager for the Office of Program Monitoring and Evaluation, responsible for post-award monitoring, compliance and close-out which informs overall analysis of USTDA programmatic performance. In this role, she continuously monitors all grant-funded programs and proactively facilitates grant close-outs.
Prior to joining USTDA, Jennie worked at the Institute of International Education (IIE), where she served in many roles over fifteen years and developed extensive knowledge of grant requirements throughout the award lifecycle, from proposal development to final closeout and monitoring and evaluation. She served as Operations Manager for the EducationUSA program sponsored by the Department of State, ensuring grant requirements are being met by staff in the Washington, DC office, as well as by staff located in 15 different offices worldwide. Prior to this role, she served as a Grants and Contracts Specialist, supporting several Department of State Exchange Programs, as well as IIE’s offices in Budapest, Kyiv, and Mexico City. She has also designed, implemented, and evaluated professional exchange and training projects of the International Visitor Leadership Program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
Jennie holds a BA in International Relations from American University, with a minor in German.
