The DEIA Program Manager serves as the principal advisor to the Director and Deputy Director on workplace Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, to include addressing the provisions of E.O. 14035 “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce,” regulations and guidelines promulgated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other related legal and programmatic requirements.
