Reverse Trade Mission: Brazil Smart Grid
Date: December 1 - 7, 2019

USTDA is hosting decision-makers from Brazil’s energy sector to connect them to leading U.S. smart grid technologies. Smart metering usage is on the rise in Brazil, but there remains considerable room for growth. As electric utilities move from state-controlled to privately held entities, technical and non-technical loss reduction has become a top priority for these utilities, which see distribution automation and smart grids as a means of achieving greater sustainability for their operations.

The itinerary will focus on smart grid technologies, including predictive solutions and analytics that can improve overall performance and decision making through advanced data collection and management, as well as cybersecurity.

Koeppen, Elliott & Associates, Ltd. (KEA) (www.kealtd.com) is organizing this event on behalf of USTDA. For further information, please contact KEA by email at davidelliott@kealtd.com or by phone at 757-342-2149.
