Healthcare Infrastructure Preparation for the Next Pandemic

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency and the USA Healthcare Alliance will be jointly hosting a virtual MOU Signing Event and Business Roundtable on July 14 from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM EST.

The current pandemic has demonstrated serious gaps in public health infrastructure globally, which limit the international community’s ability to address COVID-19. Changes are necessary to help address these existing failings to prepare for the next health crisis.

There are specific projects which demand attention and where US companies can compete. In this way, the US private sector stands to contribute significantly to future pandemic preparedness and strengthening healthcare infrastructure globally.

This event will explore the specific projects and areas relating to pandemic preparedness that demand the most attention and initiatives which have been most effective in preparing for and addressing this pandemic. It will focus primarily on the projects to which the expertise of US companies can best be applied.
