USTDA is seeking a small business contractor under this non-personal services Definitional Mission (“DM”) contract to support its decision-making relative to the funding of activities to support aviation activities in the Indo-Pacific Region. For the purposes of this DM, the Indo-Pacific Region includes the following countries: Bangladesh, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Kiribati, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Nepal, Niue, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.
