Scope of Work

USTDA requires services from a small business U.S. contractor to support its decision-making relative to the funding of activities to assist USTDA’s Middle East, North Africa, Europe and Eurasia Regional Team in identifying and evaluating digital infrastructure projects for potential USTDA support in the Europe and Eurasia region.

The DM would conduct initial reviews of up to six (6) proposals for feasibility studies, technical assistance or pilot projects and would fully develop funding recommendations, terms of reference, and final budgets for up to eight (8) activities for USTDA consideration
