Scope of Work

USTDA requires services under this non-personal services Desk Study contract to support its decision-making relative to the funding of activities to support the clean energy and critical minerals sectors in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Contractor shall (a) conduct up to eight (8) initial reviews for feasibility studies, technical assistance, or pilot projects in the clean energy and critical minerals sectors in sub-Saharan Africa and (b) provide Project Reports for up to twelve (12) activities for USTDA funding consideration and one Final Report in cumulation to USTDA.
