Overview
USTDA seeks a contractor to organize and execute a Thailand: IPEF Digital Infrastructure Regulatory Workshop Series (“Activity” or “Workshop Series”). The Activity shall consist of up to four (4) separate and distinct workshops focused on best regulatory practices and spectrum management for terrestrial connectivity, satellite connectivity, cybersecurity, and assistive communications technologies for digital accessibility. The Workshop Series will support alignment with international best practices for digital infrastructure regulations and spectrum management.
The Workshop Series will be conducted over a period of 24 months. Each workshop will be up to two days and will be conducted in-person. The workshops will take place in various locations in Thailand, including Bangkok, and will include up to 150 participants.
The Workshop Series will convene stakeholders such as U.S. digital infrastructure companies and trade associations, along with U.S. and Thai regulatory authorities and other government agencies. The agenda for each workshop will focus on topics related to regulations, standards, and spectrum management. The Workshop Series will provide a unique forum for U.S. stakeholders in the digital infrastructure sector, trade associations, regulatory authorities, and other government agencies to share their expertise with key decision-makers and stakeholders in Thailand.
