USTDA requires services under this non-personal services Definitional Mission (“DM”) contract to support its decision-making relative to the funding of activities to assist USTDA’s Middle East, North Africa, Europe & Eurasia Regional Team and Indo-Pacific Regional Team in identifying and evaluating water and environment infrastructure projects for potential USTDA support in the MENA-EE and Indo-Pacific regions.

The DM would conduct initial reviews of up to eight (8) proposals for feasibility studies, technical assistance or pilot projects and would fully develop funding recommendations, terms of reference, and final budgets for up to six (6) activities for USTDA consideration.
