Internship Opportunities

USTDA is currently seeking bright and highly motivated students for the Pathways Internship Program. The purpose of the program is to provide students with exposure to public service, enhance their educational experience, and provide financial support to encourage and support their educational goals. The program is structured to give students the opportunity to work in positions related to their academic/career goals. This is a temporary student opportunity under the Pathways Program with a current Not-to-exceed date of 1 year from the first date of employment, if applicable. This opportunity is intended for (but not limited to) students who are pursuing a degree path, courses, or have the career goal of employment in the chosen field. Student trainees will have the option to work a hybrid (in-person and telework) schedule physically based at USTDA headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. The anticipated start date will be January 2025 or Spring 2025.
