ARLINGTON, VA – The U.S. Trade and Development Agency welcomes Clark Jennings as the Agency's new Chief of Staff. Mr. Jennings will help oversee the Agency's efforts to connect U.S. businesses with export opportunities in emerging markets.

Prior to joining USTDA, Mr. Jennings served as the Senior Advisor to the Executive Director for the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee and as the Director of Convention Operations for the 2012 Democratic National Convention. Mr. Jennings has traveled extensively on behalf of the Executive Office of the President, staffing President Obama on domestic trips as well as international visits to Iraq, Burma, Brazil, India and Jordan.

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mr. Jennings previously worked as a commercial litigation associate at Quattlebaum, Grooms, Tull & Burrow, PLLC, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable D.P. Marshall Jr. of the U.S. District Court. He also served in the Office of Governor Mike Beebe as Deputy Communications Director. Mr. Jennings graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas and received his Juris Doctor with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
